Blind Trust

as humans it’s so easy for us to want to know what’s going to happen, so that we can control the outcome. plan for the future and stay ready, so that we don’t have to get ready.

but what happens when we flow into unfamiliar territory? when our passions or our purpose changes and we don’t have a blueprint for it? when we feel pressure from ourselves, our loved ones, and society to stick to what’s normal? where we feel unsure of how it’ll pan out when we follow this new thing?

we face no choice but to blindly trust. that taking this unknown path is necessary, and whatever it reaps will be in our favor. that whatever identity, accomplishments, or relationships come out of it are on purpose and happen for us, not to us. that God and faith will guide us in spite of fear.

I believe stepping into the unknown is one of the most beautiful things we can do because it mirrors courage, growth, and trust not only in God, but in ourselves.

And even in uncertainty, the path always reveals itself once you move.
